Do I need a barcode scanner to use it?
No. Your phone camera scans barcodes and QR codes directly. If you already own a USB or Bluetooth scanner, that works too.
Can I send invoices on WhatsApp?
Yes. Pick a customer, add products and send the invoice as a WhatsApp link or a PDF. Mark it paid when the money lands.
Which payments can I take at the counter?
Cash, card and MCB Juice. Bienzoli works out the change due and prints or shares a receipt, and every sale updates your stock on the spot.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Bienzoli runs in the browser on the phone you already carry, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Where is my business data stored?
In a managed PostgreSQL database run by Supabase, with the app hosted on Vercel. Some processing happens outside Mauritius, including in Singapore. Our privacy policy and data protection pages set out the detail.
